The Wave!

  • $275 plus tax INCLUDES 15 children Plus the Guest of Honor.  (Each additional child is $7.)
  • This 2-hour party includes one hour and ten minutes on the playground and 50 minutes in a upstairs private party room. This room is spacious and brightly colored.
  • The Wave Party has a shared playground, which will be shared with one other party or walk-in play guests. During playtime, your guests will enjoy reserved seating in our cafe area.

  • 2 Medium One-topping Pizzas from Papa Johns
  • 2 pitchers of Juice
  • 2 Pitchers of Soda with cups for adults (additional pitchers available for sale in our cafe.)

  • Awesome Party Host
  • Birthday Child receives 1 Palm Tree Playground walk-in play pass. (Pass will be at front desk.)

The Private Wave!

  • The Private Wave Party has a private playground!

  • 2 Large One-topping Pizzas from Papa Johns
  • Vanilla Ice Cream Cup for each child
  • 3 pitchers of Juice
  • 3 Pitchers of Soda with cups for adults (additional pitchers available for sale in our cafe.)
  • Unlimited Pitchers of Ice and Water
  • White paper products including napkins, utensils, plates
  • Awesome Party Host and a Helper
  • Birthday Child receives 1 Palm Tree Playground walk-in play pass.  (Pass will be at front desk.)
  • Decoration Set up

The Tsunami PRIVATE Party

  • $650 plus tax (weekend) $450 (weekdays) INCLUDES 30 children plus the Guest of Honor! (Each additional child is $8.)
  • 2 Hour Private Party in our Cafe Area downstairs (Please call for party time availability.)
  • This is a great option for large groups.  (Up to 115 total guests allowed.)

This Party Includes:

  • 30 children plus the Guest of Honor (31 children)
  • 2 Large One-topping Pizzas from Papa Johns
  • Vanilla Ice Cream Cup for each child
  • 4 pitchers of Juice
  • 4 Pitchers of Soda with cups for adults (additional pitchers available for sale in our cafe.)
  • Unlimited Pitchers of Ice and Water
  • White paper products including napkins, utensils, plates
  • Two Awesome Party Host
  • Birthday Child receives 1 Palm Tree Playground walk-in play pass.  (Pass will be at front desk.)
  • Decoration Set up
  • Party Room Clean up

Food:  We can order additional pizza for you for an additional charge.  We also allow you to bring the following food items for the party rooms:  Bagels and Muffins, Sandwich Trays, Chicken Tenders, Fruit and Vegetable Trays and Chips with Dips. (NO outside drinks allowed.)

Decorations: Our three private party rooms are already decorated with buntings and colorful tables and chairs.  However, if you would like to bring extra decorations, we would love to decorate your party room for you!  We allow the following items: balloons, banners, table cloths and table toppers.  Please note:  Your party hosts will have 30 minutes before your party goes into your party room to decorate.  The party room is not available to guests until the upstairs portion of the party.

Questions & Answers 

HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE FOR MY PARTY?

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your party start time.  Your party host will store any items you’ve brought with you and set up your party room as soon as it is available.
  • The playground will open for children to play at your party start time.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY PARTY?

  • Birthday Cake
  • Birthday Candles
  • Any themed items like birthday plates, napkins, etc. if you would like.
  • Simple Decorations including balloons, banners, table toppers and table cloths are allowed.
  • Allowable food items (please see below).

WHAT SHOULD I NOT BRING TO MY PARTY?

  • Alcohol, confetti, valuable items like silver cake knives, glass, heating devices for food, food on a skewer and helium tanks.

DO YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR?

  • No our facility does not have an elevator.  If there is a guest in your party who cannot use stairs, please let us know at the time of booking your party so that we may accommodate you.

HOW MANY TABLES ARE IN THE PARTY ROOMS?

  • We have one 6′ table for the cake, one 5′ table for additional food items and two 8′ tables where the kids eat.

HOW DO OUR GUESTS CHECK-IN FOR OUR PARTY?

  • All of your party participants who have not been to our facility prior to your party are required to sign a liability waiver at the check-in table.
  • Color coded wrist bands are placed on each child identifying them specifically as your guest and to acquire a guest count for your party.
  • We will store your guests’ shoes on a shoe shelf and your party gifts on a personalized cart during your party.

CAN WE OPEN OUR PRESENTS IN THE PARTY ROOM?

  • We do not allow opening your gifts at Palm Tree Playground because of time limitations. You are welcome to use our carts to bring your child’s gifts to your car.

CAN I TIP MY PARTY HOST?

  • Yes!  Although optional, our Party Hosts work enthusiastically to earn tips.

IS THERE SEATING FOR THE ADULTS IN MY PARTY?

  • Your reservation guarantees seating for children who are party guests.  We have limited seating available for adults.  If you have an adult party guest who needs to sit-down during your party, please tell your party host so we can provide a chair for them.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL RULES?

  • Food and drinks are not permitted on the playgrounds at any time for the safety of the children and to help keep the facility clean.
  • All children, teens and adults must wear socks.  If a parent forgets to bring socks, we sell them at the front for $2/pair.
  • Late arriving guests may join your party at any time but are included in the guest count as specified above.
  • Party guests are asked to remain downstairs during playtime so that we may prepare your room for you.

WHEN DO I PAY MY FINAL BALANCE?

  • At the end of your party please come to the front desk and we will check you out.  The event’s balance is due with Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash at the conclusion of the event. Please no personal checks.  Your deposit will be applied to the party total.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The Reservation deposit return policy is 30 days in-advance. Any cancellation made less than 35 days prior to your party results in deposit forfeiture.   If you provide at least 14 days notice, we will be happy to move your party date to any available date and time within the next two months.  If your child gets sick before his or her party, we will reschedule the event.
